Call for ideas - The First Screening
From all submitted applications Z-Cube team will select up to 30 best initiatives that will participate in the acceleration program.
BMC Master Class
Each lecture will be based on one of the 9 "building blocks" of the Business Model Canvas (BMC). The educational contents are based on the National Science Foundation and the National Health Institute teaching methods from the United States.
Out of the Lab data collection
The participants will have few preparatory lectures, followed up by lots of "hands-on" and "fieldwork" activities. The goal is to collect as much information as possible from- and regarding the relevant markets.
Feedback on findings
Before each weekly event, the participating teams will have to study and to systematise their findings from the previous week.
Sharing Lessons Learned
The teams will share their discoveries and iterations of their business model. You learn best when you share and listen to the experiences and challenges of other entrepreneurs like you and look for solutions together. Sharing the findings and learning from each other will be the key step in the acceleration path.
Week after week, the technological idea development will be enriched with business elements that will allow the team to eventually validate their first minimum viable product (MVP).
Iteration for each building block
The interaction with the market can generate a "pivot" moment in the anticipated startup development track. The new entrepreneurs should not fear these (sudden) detours. When launching a new startup, the diversions, pitfalls and second thoughts - whether emerging from market feedback or from other challenging situations - are extremely useful for your further development.
Final Startup formation
Before the completion of the acceleration program, the teams will have to focus on deciding on the formation of their own entrepreneurial project, and to get ready to "translate it" from the lab to the actual market.
The Seed Investment
Investment Readiness Level will determine how ready you are to attract and to obtain the investments at this stage. The assessment of the level of your "investibility" could allow to access the seed funding up to € 100,000 in cash to start your own entrepreneurial adventure!
